Mystery Ring Returns
Mystery Rings are final sale due to the surprise nature of the product. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted if your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange where appropriate.
