Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Which courier do you use?
We ship all orders with Royal Mail.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for orders within the UK and EU.
Do you offer international returns?
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders outside the UK and EU.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
