All UK orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days.
Shipping costs £4.99, or free delivery on orders over £50.
🇪🇺 EUROPE
European orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location.
Shipping costs €5.99, or free delivery on orders over €70.
🌎 US & International
Orders to the US and other international destinations are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs $9.99, or free delivery on orders over $90.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
UK and EU customers may return orders within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges are not currently available outside the UK and EU.
Mystery Rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange.

STAINLESS STEEL
At Dada, we use stainless steel as the foundation of our jewellery because it is exceptionally durable, resistant to tarnishing, and designed for everyday wear. Unlike softer base metals, stainless steel holds its shape and finish over time, making it the perfect base for jewellery meant to be lived in daily.
Gold PLATING
Our gold pieces are finished with 18k gold plating to achieve a rich, warm tone that reflects the look of fine jewellery. This finish allows us to create elegant, timeless pieces while keeping them accessible enough to be worn and enjoyed every day.
Silver Plating
For our silver pieces, we use rhodium plating — a precious metal known for its brilliant shine and durability. Rhodium helps protect the jewellery from tarnishing while giving it a bright, polished finish that lasts longer than traditional silver plating.
